This notice explains the current event inquiry experience. A complete business privacy policy can be added here as online services expand.

Your event details

The event planner asks for details such as your date, location, rental selections, design ideas and contact information. We use the information you send to discuss and prepare your requested event quote.

Drafts on your device

The planner saves your unfinished request, including any contact information you enter, in this browser on this device. Drafts expire after 30 days and are removed when the planner next checks them. Use Start over in the planner to clear the saved draft immediately. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see a saved draft.

Sending an inquiry

The current website prepares an email in your email application. Nothing is sent to Five Star Majestic until you choose to send that email. Your email provider handles the email under its own policies. If the message does not open correctly, you can copy or download the details and email them yourself.

Photos & payments

This website does not collect card details or take payments. The current planner does not upload files. You may choose to attach event-site or inspiration photos to your email; avoid including information you do not want to share.

Site operation

This version does not add advertising trackers or analytics. The hosting service may process ordinary access and security logs to operate the site. The site uses device storage for the draft and motion preference described above.
