Planning & rentals
What does Five Star Majestic provide?
Tents, tables, chairs, draping, lighting, linens, chair treatments, décor and heaters, with additional event services available upon request. Some extras may be coordinated through partners.
What is included with a tent?
Two walls, standard lighting and a chandelier are included with each tent rental. Additional walls, draping and twinkle lighting can be added. Extra chandeliers may be requested at no additional cost when inventory and setup allow; they are not guaranteed.
Do you deliver and set everything up?
Local delivery, setup, teardown and pickup are included with qualifying rentals. We confirm what your package includes and whether any extended-distance or site-related fees apply.
Can tents be combined for a larger event?
Multiple tents may be used together or arranged as separate event zones. The final arrangement depends on your property, guest count, furniture layout, access and available inventory.
Can you help me choose quantities and décor?
Yes. Use the recommendation options in the event planner and share your guest count, dimensions, event style and theme. Décor and custom services are quoted individually.

Dates, deposits & payment
Does the calendar guarantee equipment availability?
No. It is a preliminary planning guide. Tent sizes, furniture quantities, draping and services are confirmed individually when we review your request.
Does sending an event request reserve my date?
No. Five Star Majestic must confirm the booking and receive the required security deposit before your date becomes reserved.
How much is the security deposit?
A deposit of $100 or 50% of the total rental fee, whichever is greater is required when booking. It is a refundable security hold governed by the rental agreement, with possible deductions for cancellations, damage or cleaning. It is not shown as a payment toward rentals in the estimator.
When is the balance due, and how can I pay?
Remaining rental balances are due at delivery, before setup. Booking deposits can be paid by cash, check, credit card or debit card, subject to the agreement’s timing rules. Checks are not accepted on delivery day or within 15 days of delivery. The supplied agreement lists a 3% surcharge for credit/debit payments; final payment terms are confirmed with your booking.
What if my date looks unavailable?
You can still contact us. Availability occasionally changes, and some smaller requests may be worth discussing. The calendar also suggests nearby dates when possible.
Is the online estimate the final price?
No. Published rental selections are calculated for planning. Custom décor, event services, any applicable taxes, delivery/travel fees and site requirements are confirmed in your final quote. No payment is collected through this website.
Your space & event day
What should I prepare before setup?
Provide a level, clear and accessible setup area. Identify sprinkler lines, underground utilities and restrictions, and tell us about gates, stairs, parking or long carry distances. Some parks and public venues require permits or permission.
What happens in severe weather?
Safety comes first. Outdoor installations depend on weather and site conditions, and our team may adjust, postpone or decline installation when conditions cannot safely support the equipment. Tents are not storm shelters. Follow the rental agreement and the team’s instructions.
How long do setup and pickup take?
Timing varies by event complexity. The agreement allows for a wide setup and teardown window; we coordinate those details before your event. Equipment must remain accessible at the scheduled pickup time.
How do cancellations and deposit returns work?
Cancellation and refund rules depend on how far ahead of the event you cancel. Deposit returns may be reduced for agreed deductions and may require an inspection period. Review the rental terms summary and your full rental agreement for the applicable schedule.
